Windesheim has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), which means you can take part in the Erasmus+ programme.
The Charter is valid from 2014 to 2020.
Windesheim recognizes credits awarded to students by Erasmus partners in other countries. Grants are also available to Erasmus students to help them support themselves while abroad.
Erasmus funding is also available to Windesheim staff who take part in teaching or training opportunities at Erasmus partners and other training activities. Erasmus+ started on 1 January 2014 and replaces current funding programmes run by the European Commission in the area of education, training, youth and sport. It aims to boost skills and employability and to modernize education, training and youth work.
If your university is taking part in the Erasmus+ Programme as well, you can come to study at Windesheim for a semester. You need to apply for the Erasmus grant through your own university's international office/department.
