Polymer Product Engineer autumn

Polymer Product Engineer

Autumn programme

Polymer research is an exciting field of expertise. Do you want to know more about polymeric and plastic materials? Are you interested in how polymers are processed into products? Than this minor might be interesting for you.

About the course

This minor deals with topics that are especially relevant if you want to work in a company that develops polymer products or in the polymer processing industry. The minor focusses on the material science and processing of polymers. Topics like the relation between polymer structure and properties and optimisation of processes are discussed. And, if possible, you can put your skills to the test in a challenging project.

Group work in a project

The project in this minor will be an assignment from the research group `Polymer Technology´ of Windesheim. In general you will deal with an actual case of one of the projectpartners of this research group. Together with your other international/Dutch classmates you will work on this assignment during the minor.

Credits back home

As an international exchange student at Windesheim, you get study credits that can count towards the qualification you are studying for back home. So coming to Windesheim doesn’t have to mean extending your studies. You make a ‘learning agreement’ covering your stay. Polymer Product Engineer starts every year in the autumn (September up to January).
