Autumn and Spring programme

Are you an ICT student with an innovative idea to start up your own company?

Or maybe you haven’t decided yet whether you want to start your own company, but you’d like to find out if entrepreneurship runs in your blood? If that’s the case, the entrepreneurship profiling theme should fit perfectly into your study programme.

About the course

The entrepreneurship semester programme offers two tracks to choose from. Do you have an innovative ICT sollutions or are you running your own newly started ICT company, this semester track offers an opportunity to further develop you business during your studie. Or you can work on your entrepreneurial skills.




We deal with issues such as

Designing a business model, writing a business plan and a promotion plan. In a portfolio you reflect on your personal development, you explain how you have mastered the hbo-i competences and indicate what you have learnt from this semester programme.

Every spring and autumn

The exchange programm Entrepreneurship starts twice a year in spring and autumn (February and September). The application deadline for admission for the autumn semester is June 1st and for the spring semester is November 1st.

Credits back home

As an international exchange student at Windesheim, you get study credits that can count towards the qualification you are studying for back home. So coming to Windesheim doesn’t have to mean extending your studies. You make a ‘learning agreement’ covering your stay.

Windesheim's academic year is divided into two semesters. One starts in autumn and the other starts in spring.

Finance

Windesheim does not charge fees to students on exchange programmes or to international students doing double degrees. However, if you have to pay fees back home, you’ll probably have to go on paying them while you’re here. And coming to Windesheim may involve some extra costs for you.

Housing

If you come to study at Windesheim, you'll need somewhere to live. Windesheim has several housing facilities for students on the various study programmes.

How to apply

If you want to come to Windesheim as an exchange student, you'll need to complete an application form and send it in. A Learning Agreement and other documents need to be sent along with the form. We'll guide you through each step of our admissions procedure.

Visa

Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter the Netherlands and a residence permit to study here for more than three months. If you work while studying, you may need a work permit.
