Student Support

If you are studying with us then you can determine for yourserlf to a large extent what you want to learn and how you want to do it. You discover what you like, what you can do and what you still have to learn. But you are not alone. You are in good hands with your study Career Advisor. He coaches you, monitors your study progress with you and helps you in choosing learning and internship activities.

In addition, our experts guide you if you have specific problems.

Preparatory programmes for students from other countries

In order to follow one of our Dutch-language bachelor programmes, you need to be comfortable with the Dutch language. It’s also a good idea if you are familiar with the way the Dutch academic system works. We therefore provide preparatory programmes to help students from other countries get ready for undergraduate life at our university.

Support for international students

Windesheim has an International Office, which is there to support students from other countries. The International Office can help you with advice about applying for a place at our university. If you need a visa or residence permit, the Office can handle that for you too. The staff at the Office have a wealth of knowledge regarding accommodation, insurance, working while studying and all the other things that international students want to know about. For any questions they can’t answer themselves, they can tell you the right place to go.
