  • Focus on professional practice

In a professional study programme like nursing, field training plays a particularly important role. Therefore, it makes sense for the English-taught programme to be offered especially in the professional field. This field training is supervised by a mentor at the care institute as well as a school supervisor. Moreover, additional education is provided at school. The Windesheim supervisor/lecturer assesses the final results.

  • Career development in an international context

Participating in the  exchange programme, you learn to adapt to the professional study programme and practice of nursing in the Netherlands. This experience will help you find your way more easily in an international professional context, not only today but also in the future.

  • Credits back home

As an international exchange student at Windesheim, you will get study credits that may count towards the qualification you are studying for back home. So studying at Windesheim doesn’t have to mean extending your overall study time. You will make a ‘learning agreement’ covering your stay.
