This programme is a must for students who have the ambition to become the manager of a production department. It deals with the day to day management of operations, either in production or in logistics. The focus is on processes at a tactical and operational level. You will enhance your knowledge of logistics, human resource management and accounting. On top of this, you will look into how to behave in an ethical way within a company. After completing this minor you will be able to develop a strategy for an operational department. You will develop a vision on staffing issues and will be able to implement this. You will have knowledge of the standard tools used to manage and plan such a department.
